ActivInspire Basics:
(beginner)
This tutorial will introduce you to creating Flipcharts by exploring some the basic tools and their functions. To watch the tutorial, click here. 

Task: 
Create a Flipchart that has the following elements: 
  • Import a picture from Google Images with frame and group them together (be sure to get pictures you are legally allowed to use!)
  • Change the background color to match the photo (use color picker)
  • Write two-three sentences (make it auto-wrap) 
When you have completed your task, save the Flipchart to your One Drive for Business, get a share link, and paste it in this form. ​
Exploring Tools:
(intermediate)
This short tutorial will explore some of the more advanced tools. You will learn how to add them to your toolbar for easier access when authoring and presenting Flipcharts. To view the tutorial, click here. 

Task: 
Create a Flipchart that has the following elements: 
  • A picture of your toolbar with new tools added in (for example, Tickertape, Clock, Spell Checker)
  • A background and regular image inserted from your resource browser 
  • A hyperlink that allows you to click on a picture to open a website
​When you have completed your task, save the Flipchart to your One Drive for Business, get a share link, and paste it in this form. 
​Interactive Flipcharts
(expert)
This section is broken into several tutorials/activities you can complete. Learning these tips will help make your Flipcharts much more engaging for your students. For each tutorial, the expectation is that you will create a Flipchart with the same activity type for classroom use. Click on each title to view the tutorials.

You may choose from: 
  • Magic Flipcharts
  • Using Layers and Groups
  • Containers and Restrictors
  • Hide and Seek (and other actions)
  • Other Tips and Tricks (drag a copy, sound, page turn effects, and more)
When you have completed a Flipchart with the same type of activity, save the Flipchart to your One Drive for Business, get a share link, and paste it in this form.
